Ministry of Transport has said that eight out of ten fatal accidents, which are 15-19 years old men in the UK road deaths. Figures as it is easy to see why car insurance premiums are higher than for young drivers to experience further information on the street. To the Ministry of Transport published work shows that four people were killed or injured in accidents involving young drivers. Research published by the Association of British Insurers (ABI), showed that “death has increased in recent years, the proportion of young drivers or seriously injured on our roads, but the total number of deaths and serious injuries has fallen.” ABI with Brake, Road Safe, joined a parliamentary Council road safety and the RAC Foundation. Together with the organizations aims to make the safety of young drivers on the road. Young drivers are more likely to be much more involved in a serious accident than older drivers. 17-20 years old men are nearly 5 times higher probability of an accident related to the victim, have a 30-59 year old men. During 2005, nearly 1,200 young drivers killed or seriously on British roads, more than 3 days is violated. Almost 1 / 4 of the passengers who are victims of a serious traffic accident injuries were passengers in a young driver at the time. Since these higher accident statistics, car insurance deals offer only expensive insurance for young drivers. Young drivers are more than twice as likely to be required, as a mature driver. But more shocking is the average of the demands of young riders to three times as high. The ABI have said that two of the main reasons for young drivers have more accidents, the lack of experience in different driving conditions and “a tendency to be taking undue risks.” ”Many young drivers have a poor road conditions, assessment, and can adjust their behavior if necessary.” ABI study says. The report also found that less experienced drivers often overestimate their abilities and safety on the road. Accidents are likely to be especially when young drivers at night, when driving on wet roads, or negotiate around curves. Driving at night for young drivers a danger, because according to the ABI report, “Driving at night requires different skills than driving in daylight. The drivers are also likely to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the night. Thus more than 50% of accidents are young male drivers who cause death or serious injury in the night, compared with 35% of older drivers. “ The report states: “Young drivers: double the risk of death or serious injury when driving at night.” Young drivers negotiate curves suffer twice as many accidents as older drivers, and 40% of accidents involving young drivers on wet roads. The report says that young people increased 11% faster on average drive as experienced drivers, and “more speed, the probability of an accident.”
